Pet Ability builds carts primarily for dogs under 15 pounds. Larger dogs are considered. The cost is kept as low as possible to encourage the adoption of these special need dogs. Profits will be used to donate carts to foster homes to help with their permanent placement. Most carts will be $35 for a kit and $50 built. (plus $10 shipping) Some assembly is needed for all carts to allow shipping.
